1. Ordering

How to Order: Orders can be placed through our website, social media pages, or by contacting us directly via email. kneadytreats@outlook.com
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and the delivery or pickup date.
Change Orders: Can be made 14 days prior to pick up. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.
Customer Ideas: We love bringing your creative ideas to life! Whether it's a unique cake design, special flavor combination, or themed baked goods, we are excited to collaborate with you.

2. Payment

Methods Accepted: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash.
Payment Timing: Payment is required at the time of order placement for online orders. For in-person orders, payment is due upon receipt of the goods.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change.
Custom Order Pricing: Custom orders may incur additional charges based on the complexity of the design, special ingredients, and extra time required. We will provide a detailed quote before proceeding.

3. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery Options: We offer local delivery within 20 miles of Porter, TX for a fee: $2.50 per mile. Delivery times will be confirmed upon order placement.
Pickup Options: Orders can be picked up from our home bakery in Porter, TX for a scheduled time.
Delivery/Pickup Times: We will provide a specific time window for delivery or pickup to ensure you receive your baked goods fresh and ready to enjoy. No show to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order.

5. Preparedness

Weather Monitoring: We closely monitor weather forecasts to anticipate and prepare for potential disruptions.
Proactive Measures: In the event of a forecasted severe weather event, we may proactively reach out to customers to discuss delivery options and ensure timely communication.
Driver Safety: The safety of our delivery drivers is our top priority. Deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of severe weather conditions.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your baked goods. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.
Once the products are in your hands, they are your responsibility. We can’t be responsible for what happens after that.

5. Cottage Food

This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or the local health department.

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free or gluten free.
Ingredient Transparency: We provide a complete list of ingredients for all our products to help you make informed choices.
Special Requests: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. We will do our best to meet your needs.
